On 14 May, SISQUAL® WFM held the first edition of the ‘WFM Training Hub’ in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. This initiative was created to support clients in maximising the value of the platform and strategically adopting its features in their day-to-day operations.
Aimed specifically at clients in the healthcare sector, the event brought together dozens of participants, including representatives from hospitals, clinics and laboratories in the region, for an intensive workshop focused on best practices in workforce management, team sizing, operational planning and automated day-off generation.
The goal was to train clients who already use SISQUAL® WFM, helping them deepen their knowledge of the tool’s modules, configurations, and new ways of using it.
A solution tailored to the challenges of the healthcare sector in Brazil
In the current Brazilian context, where issues such as the review of working hours and shift models are gaining prominence, the adoption of efficient planning is fundamental.
SISQUAL® WFM enables scenario simulation, workload redistribution, automated rostering, and measurement of financial and operational impacts associated with transitioning to alternative models, such as the gradual reduction or replacement of 6×2 rosters in operational areas like reception and administrative support.
