Main Objective:
SMARTASK aims to develop an intelligent and automatic task-based scheduling system with global applicability. Through optimisation and AI methods and a holistic and integrated approach, the system to be developed should achieve optimised task schedules based on individual efficiency, dynamic and real-time optimisation of service levels, forecasting of needs and multinational adaptability.

The SMARTASK project aims to create an intelligent system that automatically generates schedules by task, adapted to different countries, legislations, and sectors. It uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimise the allocation of human resources based on skills, preferences, and labour rules. The aim is to obtain a global, adaptable, and predictive tool that increases operational efficiency and worker well-being.
The project is expected to deliver a global, AI-driven scheduling system that optimizes task allocation while ensuring compliance with diverse labor laws. It will enhance productivity and employee satisfaction through adaptive learning, predictive capabilities, and continuous improvement.
