Staples will implement SISQUAL Workforce Management Solution
Staples is a leader in the sale of office supplies and the 2nd largest online sales operator worldwide, with more than 2,000 stores and approximately 88,000 employees worldwide. Founded on May 1, 1986, in Massachusetts (USA), arrived in Portugal in 1996 and opened the first store in Alfragide. Admittedly multichannel, customers have the ability to buy through the site, phone and network Staples stores from north to south of the country.
Currently with 34 stores in Portugal, Staples decided to implement the SISQUAL® Workforce Management solution in order to better manage its more than 600 employees. From data on sales and store visits, the SISQUAL® solution will predict the future flows of customers and automatically draw the schedules and rosters of personnel to provide the best level of service to customers. The most important goal is not only to increase sales and reduce costs but provide a good shopping experience In order to get a higher customer loyalty.
