SISQUAL® WFM attends Retail Forum Madrid 2023

SISQUAL® WFM will attend Retail Forum Madrid 2023 sharing its differentiated and customized WFM solutions according to the needs of different types of customers. The event’s 11th edition will take place at the Centro de Convenciones Norte (IFEMA) in Madrid. Retail Forum will bring together more than 1,500 retailers and more than 100 speakers from leading companies in the sector, focusing on the analysis of the current situation and future prospects of retail.

With a focus on the global customer and their operational needs, SISQUAL’s  WFM tool provides retailers with the ability to forecast staffing needs by adjusting the existing workforce. Through planning it defines the number of employees needed to successfully perform a certain task: ensuring the right person, at the right time, at the lowest cost, boosting productivity, and improving employees’ quality of life.

SISQUAL® WFM‘s stand will be located at “Future’s Tent” (Tienda del Futuro), one of the most popular places at the event, where every visitor can watch free software demos and experience the latest technological innovations.

From an overall perspective, SISQUAL® WFM’s last year’s participation was very positive, with a large number of people visiting to find out more about our software. This year’s tool presentation will focus on the specific interests of potential retail customers, with emphasis on planning, schedule, and task management, along with the analytical overview of the operation.
