The institution acquired SISQUAL® WFM to improve the accuracy of its employee shift planning.

Before the implementation of SISQUAL® WFM, São Nicolau Hospital faced daily challenges in managing schedules and working hours. Planning was done manually and resulted in accumulated overtime, negative extra hours management and inconsistencies in schedules, ultimately affecting the service and well-being of employees.
