Founded in 1959 and headquartered in Leiria, Portugal, UMBELINO MONTEIRO specialises in the production of roof tiles and ceramic roofing accessories and is part of the French group EDILIANS, the leading provider of roofing solutions in France.
UMBELINO MONTEIRO is a SISQUAL® WFM client through its partnership with Incentea, and already uses modules such as SISQUAL® Time & Attendance and SISQUAL® RubricCalc. With business growth and a substantial increase in production, the company decided to expand its use of the solution to streamline processes, centralise operations, and strengthen communication between managers and staff.
That being said, it has acquired new modules from SISQUAL® WFM:
SISQUAL® Quality of Life APP – Enhances communication and employee autonomy when recording working hours, holidays and shift swaps;
SISQUAL® Operations Cockpit – Enables efficient, real-time operational planning, supporting team management and decision-making;

The expansion of the solution will also enable efficient integration with the CEGID Primavera ERP system, already in use by the company, contributing to more centralised, transparent and efficient management of information and resources.
SISQUAL® WFM will thus enable the digitalisation and optimisation of management processes, enhancing operational efficiency and creating new ways for the company to communicate and interact with its staff.
