Apice is a psychiatric clinic built on the dialogue among professionals, patients, and families. A specialized group in mental health, it aims to provide personalized and high-quality treatment to patients through a multidisciplinary team and participatory methodology.

The institution is located in Salvador, Bahia, and has around 40 employees spread across its 5 units, promoting innovative and effective treatments that combine the latest in pharmacological therapies and psychosocial care technologies.

To continue this innovation, Apice Clinic needed greater efficiency in schedule management and creation. With their schedules being created in Excel, they were susceptible to human errors that could lead to losses.
