As part of the SISQUAL® Academy training plan, the SISQUAL® WFM Bootcamp has new dates scheduled for October and November 2024, in Portugal and Brazil. This is an opportunity for professionals who want to optimise workforce management and gain a SISQUAL Engineer Expert (S2E) certification, enabling them to use SISQUAL® WFM software autonomously.
The SISQUAL® WFM Bootcamps have a practical and highly specialised approach and target managers and HR professionals, with the goal of increasing their technical skills, making them stand out in team management.
What is SISQUAL® WFM Bootcamp?
SISQUAL® Bootcamp consists of immersing trainees in SISQUAL® WFM 7.1 version, with a focus on professional training for advanced use of the SISQUAL® WFM solution. The training not only teaches how to operate the system, but also allows participants to acquire autonomy in the installation, configuration and use of the tool’s main modules and functionalities.
Cláudia Rosário was part of the team that implemented SISQUAL® WFM at FNAC, therefore she was familiar with some of the course’s topics already, however ‘bootcamp allowed me to recall concepts that I hadn’t been aware of and to learn some that I didn’t know, which led me to better understand how all the information is integrated and, as a result, to enhance the use of SISQUAL® WFM in my team’s day-to-day work’, she explains.
Brazil: 1st Level of the S2E Basic Bootcamp (All sectors)
From 25 to 29 November 2024
Portugal: Bootcamp (Health Sector):
1st week: 21 to 25 October 2024
2nd week: 18 to 22 November 2024
The course follows a structured route, divided into three qualification levels:
- S2E Basic
- S2E Advanced
- S2E Expert
During Bootcamp participants undergo specific training in the different SISQUAL® WFM modules, including topics such as: modules parameterisation, plugins installation and integration with other systems such as ERPs. At the end of the course, an exam is taken to consolidate the certification as a SISQUAL Engineer Expert.
