Following the success of the editions held in Salvador and São Paulo, SISQUAL® WFM brought the ‘Coffee with WFM’ event back to the capital of São Paulo for a special edition that promises to inspire and connect professionals in the healthcare and people management sectors.
On 3 December 2025, the SECONCI Theatre hosted a meeting that will bring together technology, management and performance around the theme “The Road to Efficiency Puts Schedules on Autopilot”.
The initiative, developed in partnership with the Social Health Organisation – SECONCI-SP, a benchmark in the healthcare sector for civil construction and which had been using SISQUAL® WFM since 2017, reinforced the purpose of bringing the market closer to Workforce Management (WFM) strategies through the sharing of experiences and networking among managers, specialists and leaders in the sector.
Optimisation drives efficiency
This edition of Café com WFM brought together leading professionals from areas as diverse as healthcare and aviation to discuss how proper planning helped connect processes, people and decisions in real time, ensuring that teams are in the right place at the right time.
Technology can be a strategic ally in optimising human resources, reducing costs and valuing teams working on the front line of healthcare, which is why the use of WFM tools was in the spotlight.
For Raphael Gonçalves, project and support director at SISQUAL®WFM, who was also present at this edition, ‘the great advantage of Café com WFM is that it creates a space where technology and management come together to generate a real impact on organisations and people,’ he explains.
Planning is key to operational success
The first lecture of the day, entitled ‘Safety First: Using WFM as an ally in patient safety in OSS,’ was delivered by SECONCI-SP and highlights the role of innovation as an essential tool to safeguard care in Social Health Organisations (OSS), thereby enabling the optimisation of operational management.
Through an analogy between the aeronautical and hospital sectors, the second lecture reflected on how planning and operational precision are decisive for safety and efficiency in patient care.
That said, international airline captain and Human Factors specialist, Leoni Diniz, spoke on the topic ‘The perfect schedule: when planning saves lives,’ in a clear allusion to the power of optimising schedules in the healthcare and aviation sectors.
With this third edition of Café com WFM, SISQUAL® WFM reaffirmed its commitment to driving the digital transformation of workforce management, promoting operational efficiency, quality of care and the valorisation of healthcare professionals.
