INFARMED – National Authority for Medicinal Products and Health Products, I. P., is a public institute of special regime, under the terms of the law, integrated in the indirect administration of the Portuguese State, endowed with administrative, financial autonomy and its own patrimony.

Infarmed is a public institute indirectly ran by the Portuguese State, enjoying administrative and financial autonomy. Its mission is to regulate and supervise the sectors of drugs, medical devices, cosmetics and body care products, according to the highest standards of public health protection and assuring that both healthcare professionals and citizens in general have access to that range of products with the required quality, efficacy and safety. SISQUAL® is leader in workforce management and develops holistic human resources solutions that are fully integrable. Our workforce management solutions feature access control, attendance control, planning and team management, human capital management (recruitment, appraisal, training) and payroll.

In its continuous action of processes’ improvement, Infarmed decided to implement SISQUAL’s® solutions applied to the time and attendance of its 400 employees, with automatic and bidirectional integration with RHV (existing payroll system) and with the Staff Portal, allowing them to initialize processes, over the internet, like absences’ justification or holidays’ request. Apart from SISQUAL® Time&Access, SISQUAL® SalaryCalc and SISQUAL® PaperLess modules, the alarm module SISQUAL® Notifier is also part of the solution awarded, which enables the emission of alarm messages, by e-mail, SMS or a PC screen pop-up, reporting events based a variety of situations they may wish to control.
