Fuelplane streamlines operations with SISQUAL® WFM

Fuelplane, a company 100% owned by BP Portugal S.A., is the latest SISQUAL® WFM customer, having acquired 70 licences to improve the operational management of its teams. Fuelplane serves Air BP and is responsible for fuelling aircraft at several Portuguese airports, including Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Ponta Delgada and Pico, and Cascais and Évora aerodromes.  

With SISQUAL® WFM, Fuelplane’s main objective is to increase efficiency in scheduling and 24h/7 shift management, guaranteeing more effective human resource administration. In this way, the company will be better prepared to improve the quality of the service provided, ensuring greater agility in operations, better resource allocation, lower operating costs, and a significant increase in productivity and employee satisfaction. 

Automation facilitates personnel management 

By implementing SISQUAL® WFM, the company will have access to an integrated platform that automates processes, improves holiday management, defines specific rules for scheduling and approving shifts, and optimises employee attendance. SISQUAL® WFM will also be integrated with ERP Primavera, facilitating management processes.
