SISQUAL® WFM has just won another vital partner in the Brazilian market: Supermercados Dalben, one of the most traditional food retail chains in the interior of São Paulo, Brazil. With the acquisition of 1,038 SISQUAL® WFM licences, Supermercados Dalben is taking a decisive step towards modernising its operational management and service excellence.
With the chain’s growth over the last few years and the expansion of its services, maintaining a well-sized team with efficient scales has become a priority.
With the implementation of SISQUAL® WFM, the Brazilian supermarket chain aims to optimise operations in its four shops, guarantee the correct sizing of teams, and generate more assertive schedules. This will result in an increase in productivity, employee well-being, and customer service quality.
To meet the chain’s specific needs, Dalben decided on eight SISQUAL® WFM modules:
- SISQUAL® Time & Attendance: Efficient time and attendance management.
- SISQUAL® Quality of Life APP: Improves the quality of life of managers and employees.
- SISQUAL® Operations Cockpit: Enables the planning, control and visualisation of all operations.
- SISQUAL® SalaryCalc: Automates the calculation of salary variables, reducing errors.
- SISQUAL® Auto Scheduling: Automates schedule planning for greater efficiency.
- SISQUAL® Dashboard: – Offers a broad, strategic view of all operations.
- SISQUAL® Forecast: Forecasts and anticipates labour needs based on historical data.
- SISQUAL® Team Dimensioning: Strategically allocates teams, adjusting resources to needs.
Through these solutions, it is possible to control time clocking, manage schedules and shifts, analyse data, and forecast the needs of the different business units.
SISQUAL® WFM is also integrated with Senior Sistemas’ Payroll and Consinco’s POS, which allows strategic data to be consolidated in a practical, fast, and interconnected way with other business areas, such as sales and HR.
Founded in 1974 in Campinas (São Paulo), Supermercados Dalben began as a small family grocery store. Over the decades, it expanded its operations to four large units in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, employing around 1,400 people today. The chain is known for offering a wide variety of products and services, from bakery to pharmacy, restaurant, and more.
With this new partnership, SISQUAL® WFM further strengthens its broad presence in Brazilian food retail, helping to ensure that this sector remains competitive, sustainable and prepared for future challenges.
