The Retail Forum, a reference event in the retail sector, returns on September 30th in a 100% online format!
In recent decades few sectors have undergone such a revolutionary technological evolution as the retail sector, which has been strongly pressured by the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event, which was initially scheduled for March 31st in Madrid, was initially postponed to June 18th, as it happened to other major events, given the exceptional health situation caused by the outbreak of coronavirus in Spain and the following Spanish government regulations. Thus, IKN Spain, the Retail Forum 2020 organizer, postponed it and decided that the event will be 100% online, since, as the organization points out, “Ensuring the health of all participants is our highest priority. For this reason, we are committed to changing the date of this event”.
The event aims to bring together over 100 of the industry experts to discuss how the sector is currently facing the new paradigm we live, with “the advantage of not having to leave home or the office,” explains the organization.
What can you expect from the first online Retail Forum?
➟ an attractive agenda that includes practical workshops and multiple sessions and case studies that seek to become the perfect opportunity to achieve a global view of the retail sector, thanks to the presence of prestigious international retailers
➟ a plenary session where it will be discussed how the coronavirus will give way to a new retail and will be reflected in consumption and economy

➟ topics such as the challenge of omnicannality after the health crisis, the revolution in online payments in this new situation or the companies’ commitment to sustainability
