SISQUAL® participated in the Retail Forum 2017 that took place in Madrid on February 9. We received a great number of visits of Human Resources’ executives that came to our booth in order to learn more about our suite of Workforce Management solutions.
We have also led an experts’ round table entitled “Workforce Planning at the point of sale. Workforce Management and how to align the workforce with customer flows”. We were honored by the presence of Joan Carles Fernández Busquet, HR Director at AKI, Ángel Olmedo Jiménez, Head of Labor Department at Garrigues, Jose Pedro Anacoreta Correia, Global Director of Payroll and Personnel Administration at Sonae, and Pierre Paradis, Sales Director at Vasalto.
The event was a great success and we were delighted to discuss topics such as labour legislation, conciliation, scheduling and analyse the benefits obtained by Sonae with the use of SISQUAL® Workforce Management solutions.
