Certifications are a step further in the SISQUAL professionalism
We are proud to announce that SISQUAL has been certified by APCER with the ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification. At the same time, it was the first company in Portugal to obtain the declaration of compliance with the ISO 27018 standard by APCER. We celebrate the achievement with all our employees, partners, customers, and suppliers around the world!
The implementation process took place in the last few months in partnership with the consulting company SIA and was successfully concluded after several audits by APCER, which assessed the degree of effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems, Information Security Management Systems and Information Technology Services Management System. ISO 9001 is the most widely used management system standard in the world, and it’s an international reference for the Certification of Quality Management Systems.
With these certifications, SISQUAL shows its strong commitment to quality, satisfaction, and guarantee of privacy and data protection of its customers. Now we must follow the commitment with maintaining and extending the certification scope, promoting always better services, effectiveness, and efficiency in management.
