Seconci-SP adopts SISQUAL WFM solution to manage its workforce

Headquartered in the city of São Paulo, Seconci-SP, Social Service of Civil Construction of the State of São Paulo, a philanthropic, non-profit entity of great size that ensures quality in the services provided, proof of this are its hospitals: Hospital State of Vila Alpina – OSS and Regional Hospital of Cotia – OSS that were considered 2 of the 10 best public hospitals in Brazil in 2016.

To continue among the best, Seconci-SP sought a solution to improve the productivity of its nearly 10,000 employees who perform medical, dental, examination, complementary and support services in Ambulatory Units in the various locations within the state of São Paulo (ABC, Bauru, Campinas, Cubatão, Mogi das Cruzes, Piracicaba, Praia Grande, Ribeirão Preto, Riviera de São Lourenço, Santos, São José dos Campos e Sorocaba).
