The terminal is a dual factor solution that combines fingerprint with an optional proximity reader. This allows any combination of RFID, PIN and fingerprint security policies for a full blown identification and verification process. Fingerprint is the most commonly accepted biometric method and has already proven its reliability in numerous applications. The Omni-Attend terminal with fingerprint has a comprehensive combination of Time & Attendance, Access control and job tracking functions. The terminal can easily be networked using Ethernet TCP-IP, Capnet or RS232 and operates both in- or off-line mode.
