Centroxogo trusts SISQUAL to improve planning of its teams
Centroxogo, an international toy store chain that offers a variety of recreational and educational items for children of all ages, has decided to trust the SISQUAL WFM tool for the optimized management of its stores and their employees.
Founded in 1990 in Goián (Pontevedra, Spain), Centroxogo opened its first store in the city of Coruña. They have been present in Portugal since 2000, when they started their expansion with the opening of their first store in Valença do Minho, Viana do Castelo. They currently have a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about 160 employees distributed throughout 32 stores in Galicia and the whole territory of Continental Portugal.
In order to replace scales once carried out by each of the store managers, in a totally decentralized way and which meant little control, mainly in terms of considering changes in labor legislation, they computerized their point system and acquired the following modules:

Thus, the company finds in the SISQUAL® WFM software the ideal solution to distribute the work to its employees, without detriment to their quality of life. At the same time, allows them to fulfill all services at all hours, every day of the year, in a centralized way and that provides greater autonomy to the team leaders of each store.
