The championship is organised by the International Kettlebell Marathon Federation (IKMF), an international governing body for endurance-based kettlebell sports, known for its strict rules, standardised judging, and strong global participation.
Grzegorz will compete in the Veteran 1 division in the demanding Double Pentathlon discipline, one of the most challenging formats at IKMF championships.
Double Pentathlon consists of five consecutive kettlebell disciplines performed with two kettlebells, each lasting 3 minutes, with 2 minutes and 30 seconds of rest between sets:
1. Clean
2. Long Cycle Press
3. Jerk
4. Half Snatch
5. Push Press
