SISQUAL® is pleased for SONAE have received one of the most prestigious European awards in „Shared Services & Outsourcing Excellence Awards Europe 2017” in the category of „Excellence in Transformation”, due to the relevancy of the project to implement a new workforce management process with SISQUAL® solutions in various SONAE’s insignias and the achieved results.
The tender project described the transformation of the processes, which not only increased the stores productivity through more efficient management of the teams, as well as reduced to about half the time spent on tasks such as setting rota and schedules, freeing up time from Managers’ schedules to engage in other team management activities and customer service.
This award was delivered at the 17th Annual European Shared Services & Outsourcing Week held in Manchester, in the UK and recognizes the Shared Services Centers and teams that exceed industry standards in the development of their activities and initiatives; were in competition companies such as Coca-Cola, Shell, Hexaware Technologies and UK Department of Finance.
