SISQUAL® WFM featured at international conference ‘Labour 2030’

On 11 and 12 September 2025, the iconic Alfândega do Porto building will host the 3rd edition of Labour 2030 – International Congress, one of the most significant international events dedicated to the future of work. Organised by Law Academy, the congress brings together experts from over 36 countries to discuss the challenges and opportunities that are transforming the way we work, with topics ranging from artificial intelligence to sustainability, mental health, innovation and new labour laws.

SISQUAL® WFM plays a central role in this edition, curating the ‘SISQUAL® Room’, where round tables, presentations of success stories and strategic discussions on the future of people and operations management will take place.

WFM: A human view of technology

More than just a technical or institutional presence, SISQUAL WFM’s participation in Labour 2030 reflects a clear and human perspective on the role of technology in the workplace. According to Frederico Magalhães, President of SISQUAL® WFM, attending this event represents a unique opportunity for leaders who want to be at the forefront of people management and the future of work. ‘Regardless of whether we are talking about AI, innovation, legislation or mental health, the goal of work is always the same: to serve people, and this congress embodies all of that,’ he says.

As the world of work evolves, it becomes increasingly clear that the role of companies will be decisive in rethinking how people, operations and technology are managed. The challenge will lie in how this management is carried out, without forgetting that humanisation will cease to be an optional value and become the central pillar of any sustainable organisational transformation.
