Lisbon will once again host Global Talent Day, the largest talent management event in Portugal, marking its 7th edition on 21 October 2025 at the Lisbon Technology Forum – Lispolis. Organised by IIRH (Human Resources Information Institute), the event will bring together more than 500 participants, 30 speakers and a vast exhibition and networking area, consolidating its position as the leading national congress on Human Resources.
This year, under the theme “360º Employee Experience”, the programme will focus on topics such as creating integrated workdays that cover all stages of the employee experience, including learning processes, data management, organisational culture, and leadership.
During the event, several roundtables will take place to address the impact of market transformations on the employee journey. “Reducing Working Hours: What Now?” will be the theme for a debate on the practical, legal and strategic implications of this transformation for organisations and the employee experience, at a time when the topic is gaining momentum globally.
