Conetic Group, an innovative company specialising in offering premium experiences for passengers in transit through airports, has taken a strategic step towards optimising its operations by acquiring 30 SISQUAL® WFM licences.
The tool will enable more efficient management of the teams at Oxygen Premium Services, a subsidiary of the Group. It will promote intelligent resource allocation and increase the quality of the services provided to passengers.
With a comprehensive offer that includes in-flight entertainment services, multimedia content management and the development of VIP lounges at airports, Conetic Group is made up of three specialised companies:
- Oxygen Premium Services – Responsible for developing and managing VIP lounges, creating exclusive environments for discerning passengers.
- Touch Inflight Solutions – Designs in-flight entertainment (IFE) experiences and digital communication platforms.
- Above Aero Media Services – Manages multimedia assets in the cloud, optimising content distribution.
Given the complexity of its operations, Conetic identified the need for a robust system to manage its teams, schedules and shifts, ensuring that the services provided maintain high efficiency and quality standards.
