The Estrela da Manhã Group, a company operating in the automotive, driving, and tourism sectors in the Azores archipelago, has chosen SISQUAL® WFM to optimise shift management and improve the operational efficiency of the various companies it owns. The Group recently invested in 100 licenses of the software to optimise shift management in Rent-a-Car, holidays, attendance, absence justifications, and payroll allowances.
SISQUAL® WFM will thus enable the Estrela da Manhã Group to manage its workforce more effectively, ensuring a fairer and more balanced distribution of shifts and tasks. This process will directly affect productivity, reducing manual errors and increasing employee satisfaction. The Group decided to commission several SISQUAL® WFM modules, each with specific functionalities to improve operational efficiency:
- SISQUAL® Operations Cockpit: This cockpit offers a comprehensive view of the planning, control, and visualisation of all operations, enabling more strategic management.
- SISQUAL® Quality of Life APP: This app is focused on improving the quality of life of managers and employees. It facilitates communication and the management of daily tasks.
- SISQUAL® Time & Attendance: Automates time and attendance recording, reducing errors and optimising working time management.
- SISQUAL® SalaryCalc: Automates the calculation of salary variables, reducing errors and cutting the time spent on payroll processes.
To make processes even more efficient, SISQUAL® WFM will be integrated with ERP Primavera, optimising data flow and ensuring a more efficient operation. This will ensure integrated management, from planning to operational execution. The implementation of SISQUAL® WFM will benefit several companies in the Group, including Hotel Gaivota, Hotel Sete Cidades; Micauto Rent-a-Car, Angrauto Rent-a-Car; Boa Viagem Driving School; Estrela da Manhã Driving School and Estrela da Manhã Auto Centre.
