NRF 2019: how to kick off the retailer year

On Tuesday, January 15th, from 2 to 2:30, Jeff Beer, the Senior Staff Editor of Fast Company will moderate the session „Tech first: How retail is reimagining talent and acquisition for the digital generation”, Karalyn Smith, HR Senior Vice President of Sephora and Margo Downs, Chief People and Culture Office of Stich Fix will discuss about the millennials and how they disrupt the workforce management when it comes to retaining and acquiring new talents, on the Feature Stage they will talk about how top companies find and recruit new employees and integrate these hires into the operation so they can succeed and influence the larger culture.
