Pró Saude is one of the largest organizations managing health and hospital administration services in Brazil. It covers more than 2,780 hospital beds and employs 20,000 professionals, 3,500 doctors, contributing to the humanization of hospital care, especially the Emergency Department.
Pró Saude will begin the implemention of SISQUAL® Workforce Management in all 40+ units. After an initial stage of evaluation, the group arrived at the conclusion that the solution provided by SISQUAL® will generate significant operational and financial gains.
Following the conclusion of this project, SISQUAL® will be present in more than 21 cities and 10 Brazilian states, consolidating its position as the largest reference in Workforce Management in Brazil.
