This year SISQUAL® WFM celebrated 30 Years of achievements, challenges and many successes not only in Portugal but also on international soil. As a way of celebrating such an important date, the company gathered all its employees from the various countries where it is based, including Portugal, Brazil, Spain and Poland, for a leisure day.
The party took place at Casa da Torre, in Anreade (Resende), where there were moments of relaxation, fun and several surprises were held. The event, organized by SISQUAL WFM’s Marketing team in partnership with Rollercoaster Events, had as main theme an “Arraial” (traditional party), providing ludic team building activities, lunch, dinner and a dance floor.
For SISQUAL® WFM’S employees, internally nicknamed Sisqualinos, it was a moment to celebrate “in a good mood” the hard work developed over the last three decades. “What brings the company to a successful path is the team spirit, camaraderie and good mood”, says Bruno Matos, Customer Support Manager, who has been working at SISQUAL® WFM for the last 17 years. Pedro Cabral, the company’s Chief Operating Officer (CFO), praises the “commitment spirit” as a value rooted in the company’s various teams, contributing to the strengthening and growth of the business.
The event took place throughout the day and brought together employees, family members and some former workers who contributed to the growth of the company. “We are a big family, and this is the only way to fulfil 30 years of history, people and victories”, concluded Frederico Magalhães, President and Co-Founder of SISQUAL® WFM.
