SISQUAL® WFM has recently been awarded the status of ‘Cotec Innovator’ company. The concept of a ‘COTEC Innovator’ institution acts as a seal of reputation and prestige for companies that translate their innovative potential into profitable growth and financial strength.
This initiative brings together COTEC Portugal – Association for Innovation and its partners in the banking sector, favoring notoriety and enhancing the value of the distinguished corporate brands in the market. In this third edition, 1184 companies applied, and SISQUAL® WFM was honored for its “exceptional performance in efficient workforce management”, says Jorge Portugal, COTEC’s General Manager.
The main goals of the ‘Cotec Innovator’ status are:
- Distinguishing national companies with a high Innovation performance.
- Promotion of public recognition for companies that, due to their innovative performance, are an example of value for the country.
- Creation of a network of partners that value this distinction, enhancing benefits and preferential conditions for Innovative Companies.

To apply for this status, the company must operate in Portuguese territory – promote Research and Development activities, with a high level of financial strength, present technological investment, and conviction that Innovation is essential to increase competitive potential and economic results.
