The Workforce Management solution of SISQUAL®, already present in various Brazilian hospitals and specialized retail enterprises, acquired in June of this year the first reference in the Food Retail segment of Brazil. Its new customer is SETA Atacadista._x000D_

SETA Atacadista started its activity in 2006 as a food distributor for small and medium stores in the peripheral communities of the great São Paulo. Nowadays it has about 7,000 employees, in 48 stores and 3 Distribution Centers spread across the states of São Paulo, Amazons and Rio de Janeiro._x000D_

The interest in knowing more about SISQUAL®´s WFM solution occurred after the presentation given by SISQUAL®´s CEO, Dr. Frederico Magalhães, during the Management Congress of Fair APAS 2016, which highlighted the benefits of the innovative processes of team schedule management, demonstrating how keep a good balance between the staff availability and the changes in customers’ flow.
