The Institute for Addictive Behaviors and Dependencies (ICAD), the new central body in the field of addiction prevention and risk reduction, will now benefit from the centralization of its operations through the implementation of SISQUAL® WFM.
The institution, which has been operating throughout the mainland territory since January 1, 2024, felt the need for operational management of its team, which, with the decentralization of the Regional Health Administrations (ARS), increased from 200 to 1,500 employees.
Therefore, to respond to the digitization of processes nationwide, the SISQUAL® WFM tool will enable integrated management with the Human Resources and Payroll Information System (RHV), responsible for processing salaries and managing human resources in all National Health Service (SNS) institutions.
Among the awarded modules are:
- SISQUAL® Time & Attendance: Manages team attendance data, allowing for greater control over absenteeism and overtime.
- SISQUAL® Operations Cockpit: Enables the planning, control, and visualization of all operations, leading to higher service quality and more efficient service.
- SISQUAL® SalaryCalc: Allows the automatic integration of attendance data with payroll, resulting in more accurate calculations of overtime/night hours.
With the implementation of SISQUAL® WFM, the institution is thus creating better conditions for developing its action plans, in a coordinated, articulated, and networked manner, continuing the capacity building and specialized training of its teams, research, and innovation in its areas of operation.
ICAD serves as a reference in the field of addictive behaviors and dependencies through innovative and sustainable responses and services, ensuring treatment, risk reduction, harm minimization, and the subsequent social reintegration of patients into the community.
