SISQUAL® WFM presented ‘Café Com WFM’, a series of exclusive meetings that brought together experts, clients and partners to discuss workforce management challenges and solutions. It is an unprecedented initiative by SISQUAL® WFM, which aims to bring the labour market even closer to Workforce Management (WFM) strategies by sharing experiences, promoting networking and opening up new business opportunities.
The first edition was held in Salvador, Bahia, on 29 April, at Boulevard Side Empresarial, under the theme ‘The Power of WFM: Optimising Scales and Valuing People’. It featured a special guest speaker, Marcelo Carvalho, Personnel Administration Manager at INTS—Instituto Nacional de Tecnologia e Saúde. The following month, on 7 May, the meeting took place in São Paulo, at the Blue Tree Paulista hotel, with the central theme ‘Accreditation and WFM: A link to operational efficiency’, which was attended by the speaker, Liliane Nunes Aires, JCI and ONA Accreditation Process Evaluator. Raphael Gonçalves, a WFM specialist with more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare sector, moderated the two events and emphasised the importance of effective workforce management in this market segment., “Bringing a healthcare institution full control of the number of employees that need to be allocated to a particular service is essential to maintaining efficiency and guaranteeing quality of care,” he explained.
SISQUAL® WFM brings several benefits to the healthcare sector, including optimising schedules, reducing turnover and absenteeism, complying with labour legislation, reducing operating costs and increasing patient safety by guaranteeing the right professional in the right place at the right time.
The first two editions of ‘Coffee with WFM’ started at 9 a.m. and ended at 12 p.m., promoting a morning meal for an informal chat about the main topics on the country’s healthcare agenda.
