COTEC Portugal, Portugal’s leading business association for the promotion of innovation and business technology cooperation, recently awarded SISQUAL® WFM the ‘COTEC 2024 Innovator‘ status for its annual performance in workforce management.

The ‘COTEC Innovator’ concept recognizes companies that demonstrate profitable growth, financial strength, investment in innovation capital and quality and management culture, “essential ingredients for increasing competitive potential and economic results”, according to the COTEC manager.
COTEC Portugal’s initiative is the result of a partnership with the financial sector and aims to raise the profile of the companies honored for their contribution to the economy and development of innovation in the country. In this fourth edition, 1,480 companies applied and more than 1,000 statutes were awarded, thus fostering the creation of a network of partners and providing benefits and preferential conditions for Innovative Companies.
To apply for ‘COTEC Innovator’, the company must operate in Portugal, promote Research and Development (R&D) activities, have a high level of financial strength, technological investment and the conviction that Innovation is essential to increase competitive potential and economic results.
