The main objective of the SISQUAL® WFM project was to increase the productivity and profitability of all operations.

Due to the financial crises and the market maturity, the specialized retail business units have facing profit concern, whilst the food retail is a more mature.

The integration of the new tool with the ERP system was particularly important because of employee master data consistency and payroll requirement calculations.
