The 10th edition of the Retail Forum Madrid took place at the Wanda Metropolitano stadium in Madrid. The event brought together more than 1,500 retailers and more than 130 speakers from leading companies in the sector, focusing on the analysis of the current situation and future prospects of retail.
SISQUAL® WFM software foresees companies’ needs
With a focus on the global customer and their operational needs, SISQUAL® WFM stood out at the event: “Today we depend on technology for many of our daily activities, so it is up to companies to adapt and shape their business models to meet the growing needs of customers,” says Maximiliano Hernán, Regional Country Manager of SISQUAL® WFM in Spain.
That said, the SISQUAL® WFM tool “provides retailers with the ability to forecast staffing needs by adjusting the existing workforce,” he explains. By planning we define the number of employees needed to successfully perform a certain task: ensuring the right person, at the right time, at the lowest cost, boosting productivity and improving the employees’ quality of life.
“From an overall perspective, SISQUAL® WFM’s participation was very positive, with a large number of people coming to our stand to find out more about our software,” he emphasises. The presentation of the tool focused on the specific interests of potential customers, with emphasis on planning, schedule and task management, along with the analytical overview of the operation.
