SISQUAL participates in the Healthcare Business Forum 2021
During the 14th and 17th of October, the 9th edition of the Healthcare Business Forum (FHCB) will take place in Natal, Brazil, and this year debates new solutions for the health sector under the theme “Leadership in Health: resilience in the world after the pandemic”.
As it has happened over the past editions, SISQUAL will be represented through its Workforce Management tool – SISQUAL WFM, reinforcing its presence in an event directed to the main managers of the health sector in the country. In the Brazilian market, SISQUAL currently has about 250 clients of the WFM software, 200 of which are hospitals.
During the 4 days of the FHCB, there will be several lectures that will address different topics, from the most recent advances in Health to technological innovation applied to the sector and the post-pandemic challenges.
On the 16th of October, themes such as “The future of work management: Productivity, economy and patient safety in tune” will be under analysis, in which Fernando Zucki, SISQUAL’s Commercial Director in Brazil, will present all the advantages of the tool SISQUAL WFM for the Health sector, among which the use of an APP that allows employees in the Health sector to choose their work schedules through an option of bidding, known as Open Shifts.
Held annually in Brazil since 2013, the FHCB brings together big names of the health sector in Brazil, among managers, businessmen and entrepreneurs to promote dialogue and sharing ideas for the future of health in Brazil.
In addition to the various lectures and debates, at the end of the event the prize “Excellence in Health” will be awarded to the entity or institution that has obtained the best “performance” during last year, in several categories.
