Sheraton Porto decides to implement SISQUAL’s workforce management solutions

Having successfully implemented SISQUAL’s Workforce management tools at Sheraton Lisbon, Sheraton Porto decided to follow the same path and acquired from SISQUAL^® the licensing and implementation services of these tools.

Sheraton Porto is a reference hotel unit in Porto, located at the city center and counting with 4 different types of accommodation, namely deluxe room, club room, junior suite and executive suite, adding up to a total of 266 rooms and suits.

The hotel has a well-known restaurant and two bars, one of them with life music on Friday and Saturdays nights and also has 16 rooms for events. Sheraton Porto received this year the “The Best Conference Hotel in Portugal” award and, in 2015, received the award of “Best Suit in Portugal – Winner: Presidential Suit”.

With the implementation of SISQUAL^®’s tools, Sheraton Porto wishes to improve the way its employees are managed and improve even further the quality of service to its customers.
