The Rede Ímpar, responsible for one of the largest hospital networks in Brazil, chooses SISQUAL®’s Workforce Management solution to manage the workforce in all its units. With operations in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasília, and a special focus on a differentiated customer service provided by structures with the latest technology and specialized teams.

 

The group is composed by more than 8.000 employees and more than 1.600 beds, performing about 50.000 emergency acts per month.

 

Constantly investing in new technologies, the Rede Ímpar decided that the 9 de Julho Hospital would be the 1st one of the network to implement SISQUAL®’s Workforce Management solution. This tool will be used primarily for the schedules’ management of both the nursing staff as well as the entire medical staff.

 

The Rede Ímpar opted for the following WFM modules: SISQUAL® operations cockpit,SISQUAL® time&access, SISQUAL® salary calc and SISQUAL®paperless, to generate not only humanized rosters but also gains in the quality of patient care.
