It currently serves approximately 19 municipalities in the western region of the state of S\u00e3o Paulo, bringing together more than 40,000 customers, 330 cooperative doctors and 740 employees. The unit has its own service network, consisting of a hospital, laboratory, vaccination clinic, home care and preventive medicine programmes, as well as a vast accredited network of clinics and imaging laboratories.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-challenge-greater-efficiency-and-operational-tracking-nbsp\"><strong>The Challenge: Greater Efficiency and Operational Tracking<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before implementing SISQUAL\u00ae WFM, Unimed Catanduva faced the challenge of manually managing schedules and team sizing, which made processes less efficient and untraceable.
