The institution acquired <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisqualwfm.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SISQUAL\u00ae WFM<\/a> to improve the accuracy of its employee shift planning.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With more than five decades of existence, the Hospital has established itself as a regional benchmark in quality care and innovation, defending humanisation, pioneering spirit and excellence in the services provided to the population as the basis for its activities. Currently, S\u00e3o Nicolau is the only Hospital in the region listed by ANVISA (National Health Surveillance Agency) among the institutions with the highest adherence to Patient Safety Practices, a recognition that reinforces its commitment to best medical practices for efficient and safe patient care.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wfm-optimisation-generates-a-better-quality-of-life\"><strong>WFM: Optimisation generates a better quality of life<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before the implementation of SISQUAL\u00ae WFM, S\u00e3o Nicolau Hospital faced daily challenges in managing schedules and working hours.
