Managers spent a lot of time organising the schedules and then sent everything to the payroll department, which manually checked all the information.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-35ee4446 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" growth in services, the need to optimise processes increased, and the hospital therefore looked for a solution that would automate these routines, improving management and freeing employees from manual and repetitive tasks.\u00a0<strong>Milena Gon\u00e7alves<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Technology and Sustainability Manager<\/strong>\u00a0at the institution, says that \u2018<em>since 2004, the hospital has been investing in information technology with the aim of improving processes and generating more automation\u2019.<\/em>\u00a0<em>SISQUAL\u00ae WFM was therefore \u2018crucial in helping to manage schedules and time sheets, as well as bringing information to the palm of the employee\u2019s hand,\u2019 she
