It focuses on attendance and holiday management and the automatic calculation of items for payment, thus optimising its organisational performance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Melro OP acquired the following modules:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisqualwfm.com\/product\/quality-of-life-app\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SISQUAL\u00ae Quality of Life APP<\/a>: Focussed on improving the quality of life of managers and employees, it facilitates communication and the management of daily tasks.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisqualwfm.com\/product\/time-and-attendance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SISQUAL\u00ae Time &amp; Attendance<\/a>: Automates time and attendance recording, reducing errors and optimising working time management.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisqualwfm.com\/product\/salarycalc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SISQUAL\u00ae SalaryCalc:<\/a> Automates the calculation of salary variables, reducing errors and cutting the time spent on payroll processes.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisqualwfm.com\/product\/notifier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SISQUAL\u00ae Notifier:<\/a> Sets up alerts for situations that may impact service levels.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, integration with the PHC business management software, which the company already uses, allows for total synchronisation between operational and administrative data.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founded in 1983 by Isabel Patroc\u00ednio and Francisco F\u00eao e Torres, <a href=\"https:\/\/omelro.com\/en\/home-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Melro OP<\/a> was born in the heart of the West region and is today one of the largest producers of fresh fruit in Portugal, with special emphasis on Rocha pears, Gala apples and plums, whose production occupies around 650 hectares in various regions of the country. With a strong export vocation, its products currently reach markets such as the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and countries on the African continent, as well as having a solid presence in major national and European supermarket chains.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project to implement the SISQUAL\u00ae WFM solution was carried out by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.incentea.com\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">inCentea<\/a>, SISQUAL\u00ae&#8217;s certified partner in Portugal, guaranteeing close and specialised support during all stages of the process.
