The Fragadis group was founded in 1972 in Vilanova i la Geltr\u00fa, in the municipality of Barcelona, with a small 100m\u00b2 grocery store. Since then, the company has grown and has followed a path of national expansion in recent years, opening modern and innovative supermarkets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, the Fragadis group is a benchmark in Spain. Its supermarket chain comprises more than 180 shops in different regions of the country and is recognised for its efficient management and proximity to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sisqual-wfm-as-a-solution-to-operational-challenges\"><strong>SISQUAL\u00ae WFM as a solution to operational challenges\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to expanding its brand in Spain, the Fragadis group also needed to modernise its workforce management.
