To this end, it chose <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisqualwfm.com\/\">SISQUAL\u00ae WFM<\/a> as its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisqualwfm.com\/what-is-wfm\/\">Workforce Management (WFM)<\/a> software, with the aim of enhancing the processes of its employees and, consequently, its stores.<\/p>\n<p>The history of the Confian\u00e7a Supermercados chain began in 1951, with simple structures, but with the aim of working and growing. Today it is one of Brazil&#8217;s most reputable and respected chains.<\/p>\n<p>It currently has 15 stores in the cities of Bauru, Mar\u00edlia, Pederneiras, Ja\u00fa, Botucatu and Sorocaba. There are also more than 5,000 direct jobs generated by the company, which solidify this history every day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The need for change. Better management, more professional and personal balance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In order to optimize its daily operations, given the number of employees and commercial spaces, and to better manage its employees, the Supermercados Confian\u00e7a Group looked for a WFM solution that would help achieve this goal.
