As a way of celebrating such an important date, the company gathered all its employees from the various countries where it is based, including Portugal, Brazil, Spain and Poland, for a leisure day.<\/p>\n<p>The party took place at Casa da Torre, in Anreade (Resende), where there were moments of relaxation, fun and several surprises were held. The event, organized by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisqualwfm.com\/\">SISQUAL WFM<\/a>\u2019s Marketing team in partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/rollercoaster.pt\/events\/\">Rollercoaster Events<\/a>, had as main theme an &#8220;Arraial\u201d (traditional party), providing ludic team building activities, lunch, dinner and a dance floor.<\/p>\n<p>For <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisqualwfm.com\/\">SISQUAL\u00ae WFM<\/a>\u2019S employees, internally nicknamed Sisqualinos, it was a moment to celebrate &#8220;in a good mood&#8221; the hard work developed over the last three decades. &#8220;What brings the company to a successful path is the team spirit, camaraderie and good mood&#8221;, says Bruno Matos, Customer Support Manager, who has been working at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisqualwfm.com\/\">SISQUAL\u00ae WFM<\/a> for the last 17 years. Pedro Cabral, the company\u2019s Chief Operating Officer (CFO), praises the &#8220;commitment spirit&#8221; as a value rooted in the company\u2019s various teams, contributing to the strengthening and growth of the business.<\/p>\n<p>The event took place throughout the day and brought together employees, family members and some former workers who contributed to the growth of the company. &#8220;We are a big family, and this is the only way to fulfil 30 years of history, people and victories&#8221;, concluded Frederico Magalh\u00e3es, President and Co-Founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisqualwfm.com\/\">SISQUAL\u00ae WFM<\/a>.
