Consolidating its presence the Northeastern Region of Brazil, SISQUAL, manufacturer of Workforce Management (WFM) tools, recently conquered another 3 healthcare units in Salvador, the Alian\u00e7a, the Evang\u00e9lico, and the Florence hospitals. With the new units, SISQUAL\u00ae<\/sup> is present in 8 out of the 12 major hospitals of the Bahian capital, managing a workforce of over 20 thousand employees.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Present in the market for more than 25 years and managing more than 700 thousand professionals with its tools, SISQUAL\u00ae<\/sup>, of Portuguese origin, sees in the Brazilian health market a great potential and is optimistic in spite of the present political and economic scenarios. \u201cThe Brazilian health sector has one particularity when compared with other countries where we are present. The decision making of the healthcare institutions is based, above all, on two factors, references and results, which are very strong arguments for us and that have also been the reasoning behind our growth\u201d, says the Country Sales Manager, Fernando Zucki.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Still according to this executive, \u201cthe professionalization process of the sector in Brazil has forced the institutions to optimize costs and being more efficient.
