Clínica Florence is a Transition Clinic and Hospice that integrates the longings for a safe, humanized, and specialized hospitalization unit for adult patients, mostly coming from hospitals, with two different profiles:
1) Patients in transition care or rehabilitation
2) Patients in palliative end-of-life care – Hospice profile
A proposal of integral care of the legitimate patients and their families needs in their physical, psychological, spiritual, and social dimensions, carried out by a highly qualified multidisciplinary team. The Florence Clinic attends to the main covenants in the country.
