To expand its team of implementation of Software projects, SISQUAL Brazil is looking for a Systems Analyst with technical and professional skills and experience in implementation processes of WFM (Work Force Management) Software Solutions, highlighting the following responsibilities:
– Analysis of customer needs
– Implementation of Software WFM (Planning and Team Management)
– Configuration and parameterization of applications
– Technical support to the customer
Profile:
– Relevant technical or graduate degree in Informatics or similar
– 3 – 5 years’ experience in similar roles
– Advanced knowledge of databases (MS SQL Server), SQL language and Windows systems (Windows Server and IIS)
Additional aspects required:
– Good functional knowledge of operational processes in the human resources area
– Experience in functional analysis
– Driver’s license
– Capacity in end customer support/training
